• Senior Engineer – 01 post

Total Number of Vacancies: 08 Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Team Leader – The Candidate should be passed MSW/MBA/MA Sociology or Social Science with Five years experience or Graduation in any subject with ten years in Rural Development programmes of NGOs
• Senior Engineer – The Candidate should be passed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with five years experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with ten years work Experience is preferable
• Community Development Supervisor – The Candidate should be passed MSW/MBA/MA Sociology or Social Science with Five years experience or Graduation in any subject with ten years in Rural Development programmes of NGOs
• Junior Engineer – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in Civil Engineering with two years relevant filed experience
• Accountant – The Candidate should be passed Bachelor’s Degree in commerce combination group subjects
• Community Facilitator – The Candidate should be passed 10+2 Examination pass from recognized Board.ITI/Diploma in any trade from recognized Institution.

Age Limit: The candidate age not exceeding 50 years as on 01-03-2015 Upper age limit for SC/ST/PWD applicable as per Govt. guidelines

Pay Scale:

• Team Leader – The Pay Scale of Rs. 24000/- per month
• Senior Engineer – The Pay Scale of Rs. 20000/- per month
• Community Development Supervisor – The Pay Scale of Rs. 16000/- per month
• Junior Engineer – The Pay Scale of Rs. 15000/- per month
• Accountant – The Pay Scale of Rs. 12000/- per month
• Community Facilitator – The Pay Scale of Rs. 9000/- per month

Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will be made on the performance in Personal interview
