Name of Post: Company Secretary

Qualification: Graduate with 55% marks & ACS/ LAW or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience: Minimum three years experience as company secretary of listed Limited Company.

Pay Scale:

• Manager in MMGS- II- Annual Package Rs. 8.55/- lacs approx
• Sr. Manager in MMGS-Annual Package Rs.10.62/- lacs approx

Age Limit: 28 Years

Selection Process: The Selection process will be made on the basis of interview & Written Test.

• Application Fee: Rs. 1000/- for UR & OBC Candidates & Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.
• How To Pay Application Fee: Pay through Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune, favoring BANK OF MAHARASHTRA A/C COMPANY SECRETARY RECRUITMENT-2014.
